Why I Tried the Korean Diet I’ve always been curious about how Korean women stay slim and have glowing skin. So I decided to try the Korean diet for 10 days. No intense workouts. No skipping meals. Just eating the way they do every day. My goal wasn’t extreme weight loss. I just wanted to feel lighter and eat cleaner. I chose this diet because Korean meals are known for being balanced.
